About Me
As a mother and counsellor, my work is deeply informed by both my personal and professional journey. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of the most intimate and vulnerable moments of their lives, from guiding patients through difficult health diagnoses to providing compassionate care in times of uncertainty. These experiences have shaped not only my expertise but also my perspective on the complex intersection of love, sexuality, and identity.

Few experiences have reshaped my perception of self and relationships as profoundly as motherhood. It cracked me open in unexpected ways, deepening my understanding of the body and revealing the shifting nature of desire and selfhood.
To talk about sex is never merely to discuss physicality—it’s to explore family, culture, gender, power, consent, religion, pleasure, and belonging; to explore who we are and who we aspire to be. By fostering open conversations on topics such as desire, trauma, parenthood, and sexual wellbeing, I hope to dismantle shame and help others navigate the evolving landscapes of intimacy, connection, and identity with honesty and compassion.
